Yeah, but what? I want to figure out what is up with Horizon and the Consensus. anyone got any proof/speculations of what Horizon is up to in their secret top tiers?

Wait a while. There are three Horizon adventures (1 released, 1 in post, 1 upcoming), and a whole plot book centered around Horizon in the pipeline for next year.

Universal Brotherhood again?  Dissonance?  The Joker dimension traveling?  Harlequin deciding to break into the Megacorporation market?

Or, worst of all, nothing.  Absolutely, positively nothing except exactly what they claim to be?

And just how "Structured" is Horizon?  It's chain of command looks like a mobius strip.  Yes, there's a leader, but honestly, that's more a cult of personality mentality.  Not that far off from the Neo-@ limited "structure" that ShadowLand had.

The true Neo-A's had no structure whatsoever. A megacorp run by them would have no leader and half the employees wouldn't show up because "they're showing the director's cut of Bladerunner 2 on tri-d this morning!"
