okay, I've posted my action.  I assume that taking O'Connor behind some cover will take all my actions this round, so next round I can start with the healing spell.  Unless I can get him under cover in one IP, in which case I will start healing in my second IP.

EDIT: I don't think I'll have to roll something to drag him off to safety.  if yes, please let me know.

I'm back home for now.  They just placed a stent in my urether to releive pressure on my kidney (I only have one, so they have to be extra careful).  Now the stent has to stay for a couple of weeks before they will remove the stent and the kidney stone at the same time.  That's planned for the 11th of April.  It's not too bad at the moment, just a bit of pain from the placement of that stent, but I've had worse.

I will be online the coming weeks, and I'll take my ipad with me to the hospital for after the procedure (they have quite good wifi there).
