Could you imagine an M2 on a gyro harness being fired by a gunner walking around on foot?  Helllll no.  That beast is a "Vehicle-mounted only" weapon for sure.  It weighs like 85 lbs unloaded.  Madness.

Quite easily, might have something to do with being a fan of GI Joe comics.

Hell, RoadBlock didn't even need no damned Gyromount!  He was that much man!!!  (And is apparently going to be played by "The Rock" in the next movie.  Guess they couldn't find a big enough black guy?  Got me.).
