Arc tried to suppress the flushing on her cheeks as her heart fluttered from the message, stifling her embarrassed smile as she turned to the side, keeping an eye on Jonah.  Seeing the confused expression, the human sniffed at the air, feeling some heat happen, the human instinctively brushing at the small of her back, where her Predator was tucked away, just in case.  Checking the time, she gave a nod 3 hours...should be enough time to regroup with Yelena, and possibly even meet up with that Jed Early PI dude before I need to get there.  Wiz, but I can cut out of the latter if needed.  Nodding to herself, she sent out the comms mentally.

Marco does his best to make the orc load the crates quickly so he and Arc can leave. Being in the middle of social interaction he will only be able to respond to Arc once inside the car. (He does not have a DNI - and is polite enough not to text while talking to someone).

@ Marco  The orc's eyes grow big and he about trips over himself trying to grab the credstick and load the last of the drugs in the car. Not that it's a really large amount physically. But it's tucked into various places and pockets on his body. He's done quickly and says, "So's I kin have the credstick now youse got the drugs." and then leaves as quickly as he can.

@ Ambrose  Ambrose stretches, feeling his back creak and groan after so many hours bent over. But, the card is done and it's early evening. He could go out for drinks if he wanted. With his comm code burned he needs to get in touch with his friends and contacts to let 'em know his new number. And that gives him another thought. Who do I really want to know my info?

Yelena nods.  "Amount is good for first time.  Have address and house plans for Yelena target?  And need comm code for matrix man for security.  And still not answer question about personal data for target.  Yelena like to have with up-front money.  Please."  She goes quiet but looks expectantly at both men.

@ Yelena Hank nods and Gregor sends you the data. The size of the file is large enough that it reassures her that it should be fairly complete. They won't have given her everything, no one ever does but there should be enough data in there for her to work with. And then comes the comm code for her decker DA56113FR77516, "Name's DataDancer, you can call 'em after 18:00 to set things up."

Once Yelena's alone and can look over the info they've included the name, a very short personal bio, the last marriage was his third but the only one without a pre-nup and when it went south after 3 years he almost lost the company. Since then he almost never leaves his home and has even attended a few board meetings virtually. There is a board meeting scheduled for the day after tomorrow and since there's a major PR push that's supposed to happen afterwards he's scheduled to attend in person. Data includes house plans as well as known security cams.

If neither man indicates they have anything else to say, Yelena will leave the club and make her way back to the Scorpion.  She was sorely tempted to leave the drone to try to see if it could pick anything up after she left, but she knows so little about them that she does not know if it will work that way without someone being nearby.  She climbs on the bike and rides it a few blocks away.  Stopping at a small park. she parks the bike and goes to sit on a bench to think.  The target may be guilty of nothing but bad choices in life partners and a poor choice of friends.  If that is the case, he does not deserve to die.  Yelena will need additional information, and quickly.  She sends a note to her friends.  <Arc and Marco.  Is Yelena.  Meeting done.  Is complicated.  Need meet.  Maybe with PI man.  Can do now or busy?  Arc know if Jaime friend available for research now?  Yelena wait for answers, but have need to do all quickly.>

Arc blinked as she was heading to the car, surprised at how Marco was able to acquire said goods, and hoping to spirits they did not get pulled over.  Looking at the bag/case they were in, she glanced at the elf.  "KE pulls us over, I'm claiming no knowledge of your drek, ya heard?"  Winking, she read the message and nodded to Marco, responding so they both see.

Smiling, she turned to Marco as they got on the road.  "She's got her bike with her, so if you two want personal time I won't be stranding you.  The stuff stays with you though.  Don't want my vruk thinking I'm a hustla, eh?"

Yelena pulls out one of her Meta commlinks and dials up the PI, setting things up for a trid chat.  <Jedediah.  Is Yelena Petrovna.  Calling for trid setup as requested.  Can meet?  Have work if you interested.  Yelena come with two more.  Short human girl name Arc.  Keeb male name Marco.  Can be your address in hour.  Or meet other place you name.  Can meet?>

If Jed answers, he sees a pretty Elven girl of perhaps 25.  She is apparently holding the 'link at arm's reach so that he can get as much of her as possible.  She is sitting on a park bench.  She is wearing jeans and a shirt tied off just below her breasts.  Her long white hair hangs down her back and her eyes are violet in color.

“Wow... I can’t believe it actually worked...” Out of all the things he could become with experience “drug lord”” was not on his bucket list. Then again, Shadowrunning was not on the list either. But Marco was the kind to seize an opportunity when it presented itself. They are not the brightest pair but they will make fine contacts. If they don’t get themselves killed that is. But risks were everywhere.. it was part of the game.  Marco felt that he deserves a cut in the profits... oh the opportunities.

A stash of drugs... what do we do now? Marco had some initial ideas how a stash of drugs is going to help them in their quest... He was too green on the streets to determine if any of these ideas pass the “Won't get you killed” sanity check. Death is bad for business.  He needed some advice from people with more life experience.

“I fucking got a stash of drugs for free!” He thought... then he repeated the thought numerous times. It wasn’t the rational planning kind of thought but an excited kind. He did not plan to buy drugs... he saw an opportunity and seized it. Now he has to figure out what to do with it.

“Well we haven’t found Sam - but we sort of saved that Orc’s life... being so stupid it was just a matter of time until some greedy ganger kill him for his stash... he was waiting alone in a place that already looked like an ideal crime scene. I have no street wiz but that got to be bad... isn’t it? I did him a favor really”

Marco’s plan was not quite finished yet, he needed that credstick to disappear and he needed it to be when the Orc is not carefully examining it, sometime where it is in his pocket or anything. That way Marco gets to get mad at the orc for losing his credstick. That way, he will owe him.

“Arc, that credstick I tossed him was just an illusion... but I want to further twist it for our benefit... I want him to think he lost the credstick, rather than call my bluff and I can not sustain a spell forever. Can you discreetly send one of your drones to spy on him, and let me know once he is not looking at the credstick. If it is in his pocket ideal - I just don’t want it to vanish to thin air right in front of his eyes... letting people know you do mojo stuff is bad for your health...”

He then reply to her comment “Totally did not plan it... sort of went with the conversation... I have little idea what to do with these drugs now... and of course you do not know Sam Webster. he is a mysterious guy. Nobody knows why Sam Webster suddenly purchase so many drugs... Marco clearly has no idea. He only met the guy few days ago.“

Marco grins, and then laugh - an honest releasing laugh - the world did not seem to be such a scary place at the moment - he felt potency. The orc was definitely not Sam and Marco have led the team in the wrong direction. He should not let his personal feelings cloud his judgement like that anymore. If any, Marco think that people should fear him. The Vatican are far away and if they wanted him dead they would have done so already. Maybe he is overly paranoid.

He responds to Arc suggesting some personal time with Yeleana:
“Don’t feel bad about having stuff to do Arc, I totally get it he finally said... like you saw we handled ourselves okay without Yelena on this gig. I should probably let go a little bit... you do not have to organize a date with Yelena to go do something personal.Vurk is real - these gigs? just marks over water. I totally get it... just go have fun! “

He texts Yelena back <<I need to go to the hospital, but other than that I can meet. Hospital gig won’t take very long... I hope to finish within 30 minutes.  Maybe we can do it together... Arc said she’s busy>>

He then say to Arc.
“About the stuff... we should be able to drop it in one of Shilla's safehouses... I know a few around the city. There is one not very far from here... I think it will be safe in there at least until I come up with some concrete plan. We should probably do so now as I am not sure I want Yelena to have access to so many drugs in her condition.”

He texts Phoenix
