If I only ran the Artifacts Rush moduels, would my players be missing out on anything by not playing through the Orc Underground modules? I'm not getting a "we want to muck around in politics" vibe from them, but I don't want them to miss anything (other than the Karma, etc) from not playing through them.
As a side note, I'm going to try and incorporate Season 4 stuff into a home game (with some Elven Blood stuff and the Horizon stuff).
