If you like, I can always ask Mother to give me a copy of the formula for the spell she uses to deal with intruders and assassins. You can put them in a corner, so when the next guy comes in, trying to be bad, you just point at the statue in the corner, and tell him that was the last person who crossed you. Magic still scares the drek out of people, especially magic with serious permanent effects.]<<<<<
