I have a feeling that you would count these as Changelings.

I'm suspecting that they will be part of "Reptile men." 

In that case:

Changling Type III -- Scaly skin, probably prehensile tail, Plantigrade stance, gills probably, and exotic eyes.  All possible qualities, correct?

This has been strongly hinted at already in the Missions series. SK's man in Seattle in charge of meddling in the Artifacts hunt is a lizard-like changeling that Lofwyr personally met with following him being caught on a run against SK. The Jackpointers were wondering why Lofwyr would keep him around.

The possible T'skrang is named Simon Andrews, a British neo-anarchist punk who turned into a lizardman when the comet went by. It amuses me to envision him as a giant lizard who dresses and talks like Sid Vicious. He likes to hang out at The Rubber Suit, a Godzilla-themed bar in Seattle, and mess with the other patrons.

For those wondering how to make a T'Skrang in Shadowrun, here's an excerpt from his stat block:

Qualities: Class III SURGE, Scales (Green lizard skin), Critter
Spook, Unusual Hair (Lizard Frill, no body hair), Deformity
(Elongated skull resembling a snout), Functional Tail (Balance),
Claws (non-retractable), Fangs, Thermographic Vision

I'm not sure "Critter Spook" is actually a T'Skrang thing, so much as them just needing one more negative power for SURGE III.
