Does anyone (other than me) have both stun and physical tracks for NPCs?

Normally not... actually never.  Too much hassle when all I want to do is focus on character and style.

Maybe a poll/survey?  Could get interesting results.

When I write up an NPC I usually specifically write down the Physical track.  This is just because the Stun track isn't really needed 9/10 of the time.  If one of the characters decides to start doing Stun damage, then I just jot down the Stun Track next to it.

However, since I started using Hero Lab's combat tracker... I haven't had to bother doing this, since I can just click whatever damage track I want.  Makes combat really easy to manage.

For Grunt-type enemies, I just use one unified damage track (with a number of boxes equal to the higher of their Physical and Stun tracks) like the book suggests.  For "named character"-type NPCs, they get a Physical and a Stun track like a PC.
