Question about hacked Activesofts.  I'm assuming that they are treated like hacked programs?   What would be the cost on getting some.   My group is looking for some R4 and R2 hacked versions.

Depends on the source look up in unwired PG 94 and 109. The rules are there. They dont mention skill softs but maybe treat them as autosofts or agents for target numbers.
