Silly thread title aside, the Music Player part I can see being used for commlinks.  I can also see a gesture-based passcode being used on door handles, to unlock the door itself.  Corps putting sensors in their wageslaves' chairs to detect when one has fallen asleep, too.

The music player controlled by hand gestures and touches to the body? Sounds like a Skinlink to me!
Google gives us AR glasses, Disney now gives us the Skinlink, and the Smartphone is the Commlink...
It is looking like we are going to get SR4 before we get SR2...
