Well, Frosty is still around, so IEs are not gone, but I think things have thrown their plans for a loop and they're trying to change mindsets they've had for centuries.  Harley doing the best of all of them, admittedly.  Helps with his attitude and tendency of getting drunk every now and then to keep himself humble.  And depressed. 

Great Dragons are still doing their things, but at a higher level than Shadows at the moment.  Still fallout from Dunkies Will and Crash 2.0.

Don't expect that to last forever, however.  Something tells me things are simmering at a level that's going to get things going...
