Unwired sofware rating question

I was looking at some of the software like nuke. I wanted to know what rank dose that go to because it dose not say whats its highest rank. Dose it just go to 5 ? All the ones that dose not have a rank dose it just go to 5?

The new programs (Corrupt, Disarm, Nuke, and Purge) go to rating 6.

Of course, if you're in the military (or have really good contacts), Ratings go all the way up to 10 (per War!, p.162).
