Just wondering if a Monte Carlo book is planned.  I would like to set a Shadowrun adventure in Monte Carlo.

Other than an offhand reference in Johnny Spinrad’s biography about Spinrad Industries winning the bid for the French government's “Monaco Reconstruction project” and somehow parleying that into a fifty-year lease on the principality… I don’t think Monaco has ever been mentioned (let alone detailed) in any Shadowrun sourcebooks. Seems like it would be a great locale for some black trenchcoat style games though.

But, I dunno, the weather’s always warm and sunny. Can you have cyberpunk without perpetual rain?
Evil looms. Cowboy up. Kill it. Get paid.

They might touch on it in the upcoming Needle's Eye or Final Bets books set in Europe since it sounds like they will be focusing on the old-school money types.

It was touched upon in Shadows of Europe. Twenty years ago.

Anyway, these places can always find ways to be unpleasantly moist.
