I only have the core book.  Are there rules anywhere for drastic cybering? For example, Modular legs/tracks  or multiple limbs like 4 spindly little robo arms with all the gun shooting ability of a real hand.

Chrome Flesh is the chrome book.  They have modular limbs and some funky lower body stuff.  Doing a quick look I don't see Shiva arms, but I could have missed.

Shiva arms are covered in Run Faster, p. 118. Granted it's a SURGE quality there but the rules there should equally apply to additional cyberarms.

Essentially the additional arms are off-hand arms, and ambidextrous has to be taken for each seperately.

With Cyber you can only replace what you allready have
So unless You play a Nartaki or a surgeling with 2 extra Arms you can't get 4 Cyberarms !
So, Chalkarts, if you only have the BBB , the Corebook, that means Bad Luck for you.
You need the  SR5  Runners Compendium where you find the Metavariant Nartaki and rules for Surgeing your Char, THAN you can Cyber him up !
