If you already have a no-text image version of it, you could try running an OCR Software over it.

You shouldn't have a PDF of Shadows of Europe.

Sorry, I was sloppy in my wording .... I meant to use it, not to create a formal translation!  I was admittedly parasiting on your thread to find out the differences between the french and english versions.

I took time to get information, the additions of the French edition are :
   - rules for SR4 (it was released shortly after the SR4 French edition)
   - details about the Europacorps
