Hey

Is there a Map of Boston? I only ever find the Chronicles Map and that one isnt helping on positions like the Hub, Revere or anything really.
Someone here to help me out?

The Hub is simply downtown Boston.  It's not an exact location, but if you wanted to use the square formed by the Gov't Center, Park St., State, and Downtown Crossing T stops, you'd have a working model--I imagine the thickest part of the corporate sprawl extends south and west from this, towards Boylston and absorbing the Bay Village. Revere is where it is today: just up the coast from Eastie (East Boston).

Has anyone made a map of what the lockdown covers?
If Tom Brady’s a Spike Baby, what does that make Brees and Rodgers?

I've started working on an interactive map of Boston based on the info contained in the Lockdown book and the Chronicles video game.

Much of this is wild guessing on my part (for instance all we know about the location of the Avalon is the fact it's not far from Fenway Park, which is why I put it there). There are also a few discrepancies between the book and the game (in the book Aztechnology's HQ is in the harbor, while in the game it is south of the NeoNET towers), but I just assumed the Azzies were not above building two pyramids in Boston, especially since the harbor facility seems to suffer from... impermeability problems. I also assumed the ECSE was located where the Boston Stock Exchange is in our day and age, that kind of things.

Don't hesitate to tell me what you think. All suggestions, info, clarifications and corrections are more than welcome :)

Oh that is a very helpful map. I was a bit annoyed that there was no map of Boston in Lockdown.

I did a number of changes on the map, such as adding new locations, some pictures and excerpts from the Lockdown book or the Boston Adventures booklet :)

So far I found only one big, nearly irreconcilable discrepancy between the book and video game, and that is the location and look of the NeoNET towers. In the book it is located in Downtown Boston, just north of the Leather District, and is described as having a star-shaped structure (one big central tower with several smaller spires around it). In the game, it is located in Backbay, and looks like twin towers on the map.
For now I'm going to go with the location of the game (since I'm using their map as a basis anyway) but the description of the book.

Marzhin, mind if I toss a link to your map on the SR wiki?

A bit of topic necromancy here, but as it turns out the service on which my map was hosted, Mashupforge, is going to close soon.

So I decided to recreate it on my own server, with some tweaks and (hopefully) improvements.

The new version can be seen here: http://fondationdraco.fr/northeastern-metroplex-axis-quarantine-zone/

Enjoy :)

...nicely done.  Have a character who in her backstory came from Boston.

Genius corporate "Gene Brat" who was being groomed to become one of their matrix security "specialists".

There is a map of the whole NEMAQZ in the German version  "Sperrzone Boston". Here is a teaser:

When the question came up before, I made a locator map based on the description from the book:

When the German book came out I had a look at the official map, the land border was I think identical. So my version will give you an accurate impression, but it also had a water boundary where the harbour has been closed off (as seen on the teaser image above) and of course it is a real map with different neighbourhoods marked etc. Also there should be another map of the hub.

Actually, I'd think you'd likely need to petition Pegasus as it appears they created and published the map. In a perfect world, they'd be able to release the map on its own (for a nominal fee ;)).

I cant believe i did it, but I bought the german version just for maps. When I fully translate this I will create an acurate google map for you all with everything in the book labeled including the wild and fallout zones.
