Is it possible for a persona (particular commlink) to be hacking two grids at once?

In the example I am thinking of, the comm would be accessing a wireless host, while physically connected to a wired-only LAN. Would the persona still be visible/able to be targeted from the wireless grid if he is patched into the wired host?

First, hosts are only wireless.

Anyway, you can hack across grids no problem (it's a -2 penalty). Yes, as long as you can interact wirelessly, you can be targeted from a wireless grid.
