Well, I would switch acid stream for lightning bolt, but you will probably get better mileage out of hot potato.  I would also turn insulation 4 into insulation 2 and fire resistance 2 on your jacket. I also prefer having ultrasound sensor in my helmet, along with image link. That way I can use thermographic or low light and ultrasound.
Spooky, what do you do this pass? Shoot him with my thunderstruck gauss rifle. (Rolls)  8 hits. Does that blow his head off?

I believe there's an Autodoc drone in Bullets and Bandages (like a medkit, but for Medicine). It's not cheap, but it might fit the theme. (Is Bullets and Bandages mission-legal?)

You should probably also look into getting Increase Logic. It makes you a better mage ánd a better medic. However, you'd also need a way to sustain them, which is hard to get at chargen, so you might want to save it till later. (Options: F6 focus, letting a Spirit of Man cast it, Quickening).

Computer is a decent choice for a skill. However, consider Matrix Search (and a few other important ones) is an Intuition roll, not Logic. You should probably also look into getting a better commlink (nothing more annoying then your wireless medkit getting hacked into).

Medical license is to cover all of the restricted medical stuff? I don't think you need a medical license (in the "costs rating x250" sense) to do medical things, that's just part of the SIN. You do need one for your focus though.

Spirit of Fire focus is a fine idea mechanically - they're good combat spirits. How does it match the character? It can be easily explained - you don't really need spirits to help you heal people, but you do need muscle to protect you in the field, hence a good combat-oriented spirit. Just wondering how your character got there.
I do kind of worry about the Binding specialty. Low-Force bound spirits are nice for a lot of things, but combat isn't one of them - and with only 9 dice, you're not going to bind high-Force spirits.

Speaking of dice pool, one of your first priorities post-chargen should probably be to pick up a Power focus.

You have no armor options for social situations - Armor Jacket is fine for in the field, but less so when you're meeting a Johnson or doing legwork. I'd get a backup Lined Coat or Auctioneer Suit, or invest in the High-fashion armor from Run and Gun. Also, get a decent-sized gun - shotgun or such. You don't have to know how to use it, but it makes you look less like a mage, which is good. Also your dice pool with your gun should be 10(12).

Spellwise I agree that lightning bolt is better, though it's probably not a big deal. Matching Improved Invisibility with Stealth is good if you go the sneaky route (Imp. Invisibility alone is fine if you just do it for the defense). There's a spell in - I believe - Street Grimoire called Healthy Glow that increase all healing-related rolls on a target. With your proficiency in First Aid, might be worth looking into.

It is not. Sadly only the books with physical copies are missions legal. IE run and gun street grim, run faster (next month), and data trails a month after it hits print
No trees were harmed in the creation of this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

"normal speech" thought "Matrix"   whisper "Subvocal" "Foreign Language"

There are PDF only books that are legal (e.g Assassin's Primer for example) but optional source books such as B&B are not allowed.
