It's evasive patterns and the distance are making a solid hit difficult, though you are doing a great job of clearing the street as you run firing into the air.

When you throw enough lead down range, you are eventually going to hit something, especially when it is the only thing up there.  Is hard to see from this distance, but you definitely broke something loose and there might even be some smoke coming from the drone.

As the rest of the group begins to act it occurs to both Torley and Clementine that before they were lost in the smoke, neither of the drones were directing any attention their way, they were tracking on the buildings to either side.

When the drought breaks, a flood usually follows.  The rotordrone continues to take fire and it's flight turns into an arcing plummet.

Clem took out her SMG and tried to run for cover. Having noticed that the drones weren't aiming for them, she said to her teammates "Take cover and hold your fire!"

Snow sticks close to Sammy to continue receiving the help from the concealment spell, going where she goes for now.

Sammy thought Clem's idea was very good.  All the other people would do the same and that way they looked like just regular people to whomever was monitoring this.  So she ran towards a parked car, ducked behind it and looked at the drones and O'Connor.  She also tried to see where the people they needed were, checking the last known posititions she knew about.

Without Snow or your own link for active guidance you aren't able to pinpoint any likely targets.  You don't really notice anything of importance at first, people are realizing they are in a bad situation and are scrambling to take cover or flee.

Then the spirit materializes near O'Conner and blows a cloud of brown fumes at him.
Noxious Breath
Type: P • Action: Complex • Range: special • Duration: Instant
The critter can project a nauseating stench to incapacitate victims.
Treat it as an inhalation vector toxin attack (Speed: Immediate, Power:
critter’s Magic (FORCE 5), Effect: Stun damage, nausea; see p. 254). Armor does
not help resist this damage, but respiratory protection will (see the
Toxin Protection table, p. 254). This blast of breath extends in a cone
out to (Body) meters, and can catch up to two targets who are within
one meter of each other

Inhalation toxins must be inhaled by the target and are applied as
an aerosol spray or gas. A target wearing a gas mask, chemical seal, or
using an activated cyberware internal air tank (p. 342) is immune to
its effects. Chemical protection gives a bonus equal to its rating to the
Toxin Resistance Test.

Immediate means the Effect is applied at the end of the Combat
Turn the victim is exposed to the toxin.

Nausea: Nausea is a catch-all term that covers pain, panic, vomiting,
double vision, and other toxin effects. If the Power of an attack
after the Toxin Resistance Test exceeds the target’s Willpower, she is
incapacitated (unable to take any actions) with vomiting and dizziness
for 3 Combat Turns. Whether or not a character is incapacitated,
nausea doubles all of a character’s wound modifiers for 10 minutes. A
nauseated character with 3 boxes of damage (a –1 wound modifier),
for example, suffers –2 dice on all tests instead.
When Con started shooting, Sam's mind went blank for a moment. Once he'd recovered, he noticed that the ladies were moving forward out of the smoke and--as far as he could tell--taking cover in good military fashion. Sam's instinctive reaction, on the other hand, more closely mirrored that of most of the people on the street: get away from the lunatic with the gun, preferably without drawing attention to himself. So Sam turned and scrambled for the nearest stairs.
Running as a free action. GM's discretion on any tests Sam needs to pass in order to look like a terrified innocent bystander, though I'd politely suggest that his CP might qualify him for a bonus on the "terrified" part, at least. ;) Holding his other actions.
'Just  fraqqin' great,' Sammy thought.  She quickly shifted her attention to the astral to determine what type of spirit it was.  She knew by the attack it did that it had to be either Air or Beasts, as those were the only ones she knew with noxious breath.

no glitch, but no information either.  If it's an air spirit, the only thing I can say is that he can be hermetic, as that is what I am and I can also summon air spirits.

Snow sees the brown cloud roll over Con and steadies herself.  "Sammy, if you can deal with or divert that thing I can go help Con if he needs it."  Snow takes a quick check on the tags she is tracking to see if they are moving.

Combat Round 2: Initiative Pass 2
Initiative 17

O'Connor smiled vindictively as the drone's luck finally ran out. This victory was short lived however with the appearance of the spirit. It's fetid breath made O'Connor queasy, but he chocked down the sensation for the moment. There was nothing he could really do to hurt the spirit, so he continued to move down the middle of the street. He hoped to hell that Sammy would take care of it, or at least draw it's attention away from him. With the aerial drone falling out the sky, that left one viable target at the moment. He took aim at the ground based drone. If he'd been keeping track correctly, there should've been ten rounds left. He decided to take a chance and emptied the clip, trying to take out the drone in one go.

The withering fire appears to have no effect as the drone returns fire.
