As the woman's scream swiftly cut off, Sam spoke quickly and quietly, before she regained control.
"Everything's going to be ok. We're following up on a lead of some illegal activity here--" He gave the women a reassuring smile.
"Nothing to do with you ladies, don't worry. But your employer seems to be involved in some pretty ugly drek. Please, come with me into the other dressing room, stay calm and quiet, so my associates can do their jobs.
