HK-47?

Maybe not, not enough meatbag or droid-like prefaces.

Dinendae had it right, though apparently I was slightly off on the quote, shouldn't have been Greetings but Hello. My brother gets rather crazy from it, but since Spirits are NPCs and have interest in the metahuman world, I like to mess with their personalities. He had an Air Spirit drive a car, guy rolled excellent defaulting dice.

It's not a spirit, but we had something hilarious as well once.  During a shadowrun session we kept running into this guy calle Habib.  He was the cliché middle eastern salesman, always trying to sell the characters something 'for good price'.  He was just useful enough (like getting them a good getaway vehicle) so he wasn't killed.  A couple of weeks later, our GM was in Brussels for work and passed 'the bank of Habib'.  He sent us a picture of it and we were rolling on the floor.

My mind is still scarred by the concept of a Butterfly spirit. I don't care about the colors of it's wings, or how delicate/harmless it seems (I'm more worried about the larvae form), but I just know that somewhere, someone's gonna hesitate, and not kill it in time...

Thank you so much I'd finally forgotten that horrible story and now you've brought the whole horrible thing back to mind.

I've got a character that names all of his spirits -- not horribly weird yet....

But have had:

Sergeant Rock (Force 8 Earth elemental with an attitude)
The Fates - Spirits of Air trio that love to perform at clubs
Cheshire - yeah - just what it sounds like
Floating eyeballs - have to come up with a name for these

and a six inch high wooden Homunculus that now has a fondness of vodka...

If you want some reading for inspiration - check out the Bartimaeus Trilogy/Sequence by Jonathan Stroud.

Next time one of my players summons a Beast Spirit and is in a rush, I'm going to make it a huge fluffy Sheep. ;D

Oh, and the same troll summoned a spirit of man that looked like a giant pink plastic flamingo. He then had it conceal him, so we started a still-ongoing joke about it waving its wings in front of him, going, "Flamingo! Flamingo!" In order to conceal him in all of its pink glory.

Once had a toxic shaman summon a toxic land spirit and a toxic water spirit one after the other in a 2E game.  The land spirit showed up as a guy with extreme diarrhea and the water spirit was a toilet...not the cleanest times had by all.

My dirty mind now just went into overdrive, even though I'm not completely awake yet.  ;)
