As the topic says are the characters presented in the fast run rules (adpet, decker, street samurai, street shaman) suiitable as pre-gen characters or are they more powerful than starting characters normally are?

They're passable but broken and technically not legal. There was a thread stickied somewhere showing how to fix them and make them legal again but my search-full is weak today
