How exactly does this spell work?  The Drain is (Damage Value - 6).  What does this mean?  If I have 9 boxes of Stun damage, the drain is 9-6=3?  Or does it mean the number of hits you get on the test - 6 is the Drain?  Force has nothing to do with the Drain?  If not, why would you ever cast it at a Force less than twice your Magic?  If the Drain is based on the number of boxes of damage you currently have, how does that interact with Preparation?  If you prepare a magical slap patch of this, what sort of Drain are we talking?  Since you weren't injured when you prepared it, does that mean there is 0+2 Drain(the +2 is from Command trigger)?
Remember, you don't have to kill the vehicle to stop it, just kill the guy driving it.
