The immortal elves were behind the founding of both Tirs. And a lot of that 'elven culture' stuff that just mysteriously appeared about the same time? That was them recreating things from the past. Sperethiel is the elven tongue from the Fourth World. And yes, the Path of the Wheel came from some of the immortal elves. The reincarnation thing is a big thing in Tir Nan Og.

1) Fastjack is no longer on or running Jackpoint.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong books, (Haven't gotten to Storm Front yet, for example) but I haven't seen any follow-up to Cerberus. He was temporarily restricted in access, and I have no clue how far he's advanced from then.
