@Collider: Requesting a satellite uplink and 5 fiberoptic cables. Fang felt somewhat sheepish that he hadn't replenished his resources after misplacing his old uplink. At least Collider could do it and save him time. Hopefully the fixer wouldn't say too much about it.

The changeling rested back, closing his eyes and entering VR. It would make finding the blueprints easier if they could be found on the matrix.

Changing his perspective back to AR after transferring his findings to his datachip, Fang shook his head, yawning widely as he actually got up. He took a quick shower to freshen up, automatically considering finding somewhere nicer to stay after this mission is over. Not only to change his location but to also be comfortable.

He quickly gathered together his gear, before heading out into the rain, gritting his teeth slightly as he did so. Hopefully Shira's place will be warm, and she won't be unhappy at the smell of wet fur.

@Collider: I will send my requests to you soon. Thank you.

He lay in his bed awake for a long time that night. It was always like that during a mission, no sleep. He had heard back from Yvette, but she had little information. Nothing he didn't know. No consensus could be found between the two of them as to an explanation of the events. His mind wasn't on the past now, though, it was focused on the path ahead, and each of the factors involved. When he heard research hospital he heard secure corporate facility, with an armed security team on site at the very least. His mind wandered until sleep finally found him.

In the morning he got up at five thirty feeling groggy, and went through his routine at work speed. He event skipped a few steps. There was little enough time that he decided to get going and grab something to eat along the way. During his brisk and invisible walk to his hideaway he felt himself begin to wake up from his daze. The outlaw mounted his bike and took off towards the part of downtown that his new teammate lived in. He did make one stop, though, for a bag full of donuts and a half gallon of milk.

Finally he arrived, only a minute late, and rang Shira's buzzer. "It's cold out here.", he said into the intercom, feeling the need to cut the tension with his own brand of underlying quirkiness.

@Collider: You'll get my list soon.

Winters was already awake before his alarm went off... a habit he's developed over the time being a PI. It also served him well in the shadows as well but it sometimes led to him not getting enough sleep another nasty habit he picked up being a PI. The shower however served as Winters soykafe this morning. He quickly left a note for his mom on the counter telling her he's was going to be out for a while today and put out her medication next to it with a glass of water. Winters was already out of his apartment at 5:20 and on his way to the breakfast joint down the street. The place was called the Bagel Shop and he has never tasted better food in his life. It was very popular in Winters neighborhood as well as beyond so getting there early was the key to getting your food fast, but you always had the earlier birds that got there before opening like Winters and there was a good amount of them even in this weather.

Winters squeezed his way past two orks with his order, 3 croissants with egg and cheese and 3 breakfast burritos, out of Bagel Stop and he was walking over to his car when he saw a familiar face sitting on the hood of it with a drenched hoodie.

"Izzy, what did I tell you about contacting me." Winters said in a annoyed tone.

What, I can't say high to a friend." Izzy said hopping off the hood of his Mercury Comet.

"We're aren't friends." Winters said as he walked over to the door and got out his keys and unlocked the door but Izzy put her hand on it before he could open it.

"I need help." She said in a low tone.

"You can get help else where." Winter said turning to face her.

"In this place? You're the only person I know that won't try to put me in a sex parlor or worse."

"I said you can find help else where." Winters said as he opened the door but Izzy slammed it on him.

Winters was a quick, dropping the bag and grabbing Izzy's hand and pinning it to her chest and brought her around and pinned her against his car, she squealed a little when he did it. It drew some eyes from the parking lot and Bagel Stop but Winters didn't care.

He then positioned his face right in front of hers their lips almost touching, "If I see you around me again I swear I'll put you in a sex parlor myself or maybe worse, now frag off, I have to be some where." He tugged her out his way and grabbed the bag of food on the ground.

"Fuck you Winters!" She said throwing up her middle finger.

Winters just sighed to himself and closed the door of his car and sped off to Shira's place.

Winters parked 3 blocks away from her place and was walking up to the buzzer when he saw Devil there, "Buongiorno," he said to Devil walking up to the door waiting to be buzzed in.

He looked then looked down to see Devil had a bag of donuts and a half gallon of milk, "I said I'd grab breakfast," Winters said holding up the wet and wrinkled bag from Bagel Stop to Devil, "but the more the merrier as I'm starving."

Devil glanced over his shoulder to the larger man as he approached.

"Yo.", came the hesitant greeting in kind.

With a brief smirk, he lifted the items just enough to emphasize them.

"I have dietary restrictions.", he replied quietly, making it sound as though he 'had' to eat doughnuts.

He cast Winters a second glance after a moment of silence had passed, those sharp reddish eyes quickly scanning him for information.

"Rough morning? ...Or do you just always look like that?"

Those words, of course, could be taken in a number of ways. However, he was referencing the fact that, behind Winter's practiced calm demeanor, Devil saw tells that would traditionally indicate the subject was coping with anxiety or anger.

"Bullshit," Winters said with a half smile when Devil told him he had dietary restrictions

Winters' blue eyes clashed with Devils red as the man asked him a question, "Just had a hard time getting the breakfast here. I almost had to fight two orks to get out of the breakfast shop."Winters said telling part of the truth.

"How about you? You look like you raced here at about a hundred miles per hour." Winters said noting some of Devils impatient natures as they stood there waiting to be buzzed in.

Fang walked swiftly throgh the cold, hunched over to keep warm. On the way to Shira he altered his path to go by a simple takeout. After a short exchange, he left with four sets  of krill-bacon sandwiches. He wasn't sure if the others liked it, but hopefully Winters would have covered the rest. It was morning, Fang at least needed something meat-like in his system. He secured the back of sandwiches within his coat to try and keep it dry.

As the two waited to be buzzed in, the third member of the team slowly approached them, hunched over slightly to keep warm. His eyes lit up slightly as he smelled two familiar scents, relieved that he had found the place and would soon, hopefully, be warm. "Morning..." He spoke when he came into earshot of Devil and Winters, his voice quieter from his hunching over. The walk in the cold and rain had woken him up fully, as much as he would have preferred otherwise. As he noticed that the two had brought food, he smiled sheepishly, opening the coat slightly to show the bag of sandwiches he had grabbed, still somewhat warm.

"Knew you were grabbing something Winters, but wasn't sure what, and I needed something meat-like."

"Just had a hard time getting the breakfast here. I almost had to fight two orks to get out of the breakfast shop."

"Oh?"

"How about you? You look like you raced here at about a hundred miles per hour."

Devil raised the hand holding his white motorcycle helmet into the air, motioning to the rain rain falling on their heads as if that was explanation enough.

He was about to make a smartass comment about an umbrella when the young changelink strolled up, cheerfully going on about more food. Devil just froze and stared at him for a long moment, then suddenly sighed, turned and buzzed everyone in the building. The door made a ding sound and a calm feminine voice welcomed them as he pushed his way inside. The door quickly closed behind him, but a few seconds later, he opened it again to say, "Are you coming?", then held it partially open for them.

A full hour of Kata, stretching and mediation and Kira was ready for a nice and warm shower, hoping soon enough after, her breakfast would come along with her new teammates.
And spot on, as soon as she got out, her companions had arrived. She delayed them a few seconds to grab some clothes, and buzzed them in with a simple voice command to the CHN, that relayed her welcome message to the building's outside speakers. <<Come on in>>

As the group made their way into the building then into her loft, they caught glimpse of Shira in the bedroom side of the room, finishing buttoning a neutral but form-revealing white shirt over a laced bra, well paired with fitted pair of jeans. She gracefully walked toward them as she invited them to step in. Her nimble body, bathed by the rays of a sunrise, was simply calling for attention; a light and discreet make up only highlighting the natural beauty of her face.

Rays from the sun rising? When/if they managed to get their eyes off Shira, and look at the place, they discovered a decent size loft, very light and well decorated with a very modern feel. It was one huge room with only a couple pillars separating different living area, a definite open-space concept. Most of the furniture were white, sometimes with a touch of grey or black. The only colors came from sparse decoration, mostly on the form of art piece. A few of them were AR art reproduction, others were holographic, and only a couple were real. Most of them had a strong Japanese influence except for the real piece that were -for an expert eye- of pure elven style.

The sunlight was coming from a well designed AR Wall. Faking a big window, the outside view was an outstanding  beach landscape with the sun rising over the ocean. It brought an extra serenity and warmth to the otherwise very sterile environment. Everything was neat, too neat maybe. Nothing was out of place, or in the process of being put away.

She invited them into the kitchen area. Well that's interesting. she said as three of them pulled out bags of food. It said a lot about the dynamic of the team, about assigning responsibilities and trusting each one with a task and about deciding of their own terms. She wasn't going to debate further. It wasn't gonna be easy.
I'm sure you all brought wonderful goodies, but Winter promised some world-class treat, so mind if I try that first?. She was well mannered and even charming asking it. Her voice perfectly fitted her appearance. It was more than just beauty or charm, she exhaled pure raw charisma.

Fang felt relieved as they entered shelter from the elements, squeezing excess water out of his tail before walking inside. At least it didn't fluff up like it usually did when he dried it properly at home, it'd be hard to take him somewhat seriously with an excessively fluffy tail. As he noticed Shira, he was caught briefly by surprise. Like before when meeting with Collider, she certainly had an unearthly grace to her that was only increased by the lights and clothing she wore. Like with Devil, Shira seemed to automatically get his trust, like she wouldn't be a traitor. Hopefully anyway.

He took in the modernised loft. Very white, very open. Very nice art pieces, some AR, some holographic, some real. Most seemed to be Japanese, but he wasn't too sure. There was one he was fairly sure was not Japanese, but he had no idea what kind of culture it may have come from. An AR wall with a window to a beautiful view of the beach. Overall it was a pleasant home, very neat. Neat enough that he felt somewhat sheepish, thinking of themess his home mostly was. Perhaps he should give the place a clean when this was all over...

As Shira brought mention to the fact they had all brought food, his ears and tail drooped slightly in embarrassment; Shira probably would quickly notice it if she scented him. The krill-bacon probably was not world-class in any shape or form, but it did the job for him. Granted it wasn't real meat, but some of the health risks involved with it meant that having real meat was a bit of a risk for him. His meatspace shyness, brought on from spending most of his life in the Matrix, had certainly come back. Perhaps he should have found a nicer place; he could have avoided getting food but concerns at not having something relatively meaty quashed that idea. He didn't respond to Shira's request, even as her charismatic presence distracted him again for a few moments before he shook it off.

Winters sighed to himself as he went into the building trailing Devil.

When they got to Shira's place the first place his eyes were looking were not at her but her place just observing and taking it all in. The white, the art work (AR, holo, and real), the exact location of the furniture, the smell. His eyes went to Shira when the rays of sun light coming from the fake window caused him to wince at the sudden brightness.

When they were invited to the kitchen Winters set the bag of food on a counter and took off his jacket and set it over one of the chairs fully reavling his shoulder holster with the Ruger Thunderbolt as well as the combat knife sheath on his belt and his commlink.

He grumbled to himself when Shira noted that the others also brought food.

"I said I would grab it," he said with a little anger in his voice.

He slid the wet bag across a counter to Shira leaving a little trail behind it.

"It's Winters by the way not Winter," Winters said putting a emphasis on the s, "You can pick what you want from the bag, a over sized croissant with egg and cheese or the breakfast burrito with bacon, egg, and cheese, with a little bit of hot sauce.", Winters said in a cold tone that clashed with Shira's very charismatic one.

Upon walking into the apartment, a number of things crossed Devil's mind. Her appearance certainly warranted notice, but Devil was well aware that such presence was often used as a tool. He glanced down at his own clothing as he walked past her into the room, then straitened his wet duster.

"You have some taste.", he said quietly, mostly to himself.

His memorable eyes seemed to be intent on the art in the loft, as he casually strolled from one piece to another one, eating a chocolate donut. Noticing that the other's were headed to another room, he moved to follow them.

"Relax, ikkokumono. I plan to eat your food and these donuts.", he said in response to Winters, moving to the counter. He ripped off the top of the cardboard milk box and began dunking his second donut in. He then slid the bag down the counter. His way of offering them to whoever wanted them.

"So... Recon, right? That's where we start. AR and Physical. I need to know more about security, layout... and personnel data might be useful later. The bottom line is we are talking about a small number of rooms in a mega's facility. Flying blind isn't really an option."

"Maybe that contact on the inside can give some information... maybe even some assistance getting in. Personally, though, I'd just like to roll down there and get some information my way."

He leaned back against the counter, arms crossed over his chest and trying to look noncommittal, as if it didn't matter to him how they went about it. He wasn't used to working with others, and had a hard time having to answer to them, but here he was. May as well just get it over with as painlessly as possible and get paid.

"My apologies, it was an error I will not repeat." Fang responded quietly to Winters, hearing the anger in the blonde's voice. He shook off his embarrassment, taking out one of the krill-bacon sandwiches he had brought for the group and taking a bite out of it. He slid the doughnut bag further to the others as it came to him, listening to Devil's musing. As the thief mentioned the word 'layout', he remembered the documents he had managed to track down earlier. Half-closing his eyes as he focused more on the AR, he sent a request to open a subscription to the commlinks that he could detect related to the three of the others in the room. Granted he could have attempted to hack into them, and hopefully might have succeeded, but that would probably not engender good feelings towards him. Particularly if he wanted to set up a centralised tactical network later on.

If they were paying attention, they'll notice that the access ID requesting access is different from the commlink running on Passive that can be detected on him.

Finishing his mouthful, he spoke aloud to offer an explanation for why he was proverbially knocking on the door of their commlinks. "I did manage to track dome some basic plans of the building this morning. I could try to find out security and personnel info, but that may be easier to get directly from the contact." His expression turned to mildly sheepish. "The plans aren't too detailed sadly. They provide a basic layout, but no real details beyond it. Probably have to get that at the very least out of the doctor."

Shira pressed a button and some coffee - or maybe it was just some soycaf - started to brew, covering the kitchen area with a delightful smell.
The croissant was good but her attention quickly went to the task at hand and the plans Fang was sharing.
Nice Job, Fang. That's a good start. At least we can pinpoint our various possible entry points. Before a better audit of the security that is. Devil is right though, I'd rather involve our inside contact as little as possible, if at all until we're in. We have a few days before we need to accomplish the extraction. Fang, would you be able to find a exploit in their matrix security and get in? If we have control of their system, I have the feeling handling the meat won't be as difficult.
Devil, explain "your way". How fast and efficiently can you get some info?

She grab another bite, then brought mugs on the table for everyone. Coffee anyone?

"Social Engineering. Target a member of the staff.... Sometimes it's as simple as orchestrating a meetcute with the secretary, sometimes I gotta dig up some dirt on 'em. Really all just depends on the target. You try to pick one that you know either knows where the target is or can find out. If they have access it's even better. Either way you get vital information. It's not always quick, but it beats binoculars. I mean short of that... we would need an MTC Fly-Spy drone and sophisticated command software, and even that wouldn't get us access to much. Or I could always try my package delivery guy character out, see how that goes."

From his uncontrolled eye movements it was evident that he was in AR, likely viewing the schematics. "Good stuff."

Devil hesitated for a moment before responding "Please." to Shira's question about coffee.

"Wait a minute... Can't the kid just hack into their security cameras? If he got this, couldn't he just look up security installation records or something?", he asked emphatically, talking about Fang.

Fang listened curiously to Devil's explanation of his techniques. A drone could work, he could easily improve the software required to control the drone, the drone itself would just need to have good hardware. Heck, a sprite could do it for him, possibly better than he himself could. At Shira's request about breaking into the security, he nodded in acknowledgement, but waited for Devil to finish talking before he answered. "I should be able to prove their security and sneak in, though I'll need to be on site to do it. I'm reasonably sure the connection is closed-circuit,and even if it's not... Shira I'm sure you'd rather not have your place compromised on the off chance I actually get traced." He chuckled softly. "Either way I should hopefully be able to take control of their system, or mess around with it a bit. I'll also need to get the research data from their storage while you guys grab the samples." He didn't bother to object to being referred to as a kid, considering he was rather young compared to the other three.

"No thanks." Fang responded to the elf's question about coffee. He gulped down another bite from his sandwich before voicing his next statement. "In any case... We'll need to find where the vaccine samples are being kept in the building before we try to do anything else. And if there are any backup samples hidden somewhere. The last thing we need is to have missed destroying something."

Perhaps I should get a Courier instead. They tend to be fairly sneaky while getting information, and that will be what I need.
