Winters cleared his throat, "I don't know if the transfer made it through yet with this shitty weather and with management being busy all the time... I'm guessing you'll get that fragging stuff a little later.

Winters moved himself away from the wall and walked up next to Devil in his fake haunch before answering the second question and turning on his sub vocal mic to Fang, "We were making our way from the place over in Bellevue. Hey, you gotta make some cred one way or another."

Winters just thought of making it up on the dime as Bellevue was the next closest district to downtown and thought it would make for a solid transfer story and with the sub-vocal mix on he hoped Fang caught the Bellevue transfer part.
