I've played most editions of shadowrun and usually pretty smart about not getting noticed, so I'm no stranger to playing the game straight, both rules wise and in action.
So, after a long hiatus, I would like to jump back into a game if possible. My preferences are online in realtime, not Play by Post, and if I need to install a virtual table top I have most of them already on my laptop.
Skype would be nice, ventrilo is good too, any other voice chat I'm game for or even no voice chat at all.
My preferences as to archtypes range between hackers and magic, but meatshields and street sam I'm not the best at. Riggers are about middle ground for me.
The maxim I tend to go by is "If you have to pull your gun, you didn't do enough legwork." though that doesnt' stop me from enjoying run and gun games...
