Looking for a Game in Fort Worth, Texas. Possibly to meet once a month or every three weeks. Seeing if there are folks interested. I was thinking of doing a round Robin GM so every one can play and everyone or some of us can GM .  That way you don't just have "one guy" who has to do all the work. Would like to make a group made up of both sexes so we can have a more interesting group. Personally I'm married as a caveat to that. Just found groups that are mixed more interesting to play in.

Cheers,

I might be interested. I'm kinda new to Shadowrun (and most of my Roleplaying experience is reading the books and trying to get others to play), but I'd be happy to give it a try. There is a thread looking for players in Arlington that hasn't found much traction, but you might try there as well.

Ahh, that rare and mythical creature known as the female gamer. I've unfortunately only run into two or three.

Looking for a group.. skype if you're able.  Interested in GM'ing, but being new to Shadowrun the volume to learn is a bit overwhelming at this point. I'm trying, but it'll take a while to get up to a point where I'm comfortable doing anything more than quick hack and slashes.

I'm interested in finding a group..  and I'm female.   Used to play SR 3ed - but that was over three years ago - and finding fellow runners out here has been tough.  I've been reading the 4ed books and I'm writing a computer program to help build characters (and helped me learn the game rules), but unfortunately I've had very little experience actually playing under 4ed rules.  Round Robin GM-ing is cool. Also I have a guy friend out in Dallas who I might convince to play too.

Did this group ever get up and running? If not, I'll throw my place in Grand Prairie as the gaming lair. We started a group earlier, but couldn't get enough people interested, so we had to drop out after a few sessions. I'm open to GMing if no one else is open to it as I like both, but I've only played 4ed online. I'll probably start with some of the pregenerated adventures (On the Run or converted 3rd Edition adventures).

I've got one other friend interested, so if I could get 3 more players to commit, then we should be good to go. If everyone is still around and still interested, shoot me an email at zenile@yahoo.com and I'll see if we can get this thing up and running.
