Hmmm... a guy I never read anything of has more posts than FastJack? I maybe should look into that .. (or is this data from "before the crash" ;D )
Captain Chaos?  He ran ShadowLand, which turned into ShadowSEA and JackPoint after Crash 2.0.  He died defending ShadowLand long enough to get off the details of the nukes and EMP Bombs that were all around the world to every Corporation, Mr. Johnson, Fixer, and Shadowrunner that they had in their Rolodex (Which is almost everyone worthy of their name.).

He was what FastJack is today in the books.

There is still no confirmation that he is not still around, thankyouverymuch.

They found the body.  He's deader than Dunkie.

As far as they know.  ;D

Yes, but JackBNimble did something to his "soul". And there's a rumor that a Technomancer gang over in the Asian Shadows has been "following" an e-ghost of Cap.

I'm fairly certain I've read a fiction blurb that dealt with Cap's e-ghost pulling together in a DIMR node, or maybe the Nexus, possibly calling itself Xaos? Not sure where I read it, might've been in a chunk of never-to-be-published stuff a former freelancer gave out.

We only know that due to metagaming.

Ancient History, and the Bad Things that happened.  So, now we'll never know how it'd have gone down.   :'(

And the JackPoint knows this yet?

'Cause I'm sure he'd have gotten an invite if they had by now.  Oh, I'm so so so so waiting for that moment!  Clockwork's reaction is going to be EPIC!!!

They don't know. Remember, it's a rumor that Pistons heard. Although I'd like to think he's out there, trying to figure out what he is.

Don't need to be an e-ghost to ponder that...

A number of the writers both current and past used to play on Shadowland BBS.  As something of a call-out to those of us who played there, they dropped some of our names into the posts.  TWO is in there gabbing about the Ares tactical maneuvering around Silicon Valley during the rise of Saito in SF.

But yeah -- Publish or Perish...
