I think that is exactly what you are looking after. You get 18S damage on top of all the damage sustained in the fighting. That should kill most people if they survive that long in a berserker frenzy.
The fluff text also describe it precisely as a suicidal drug.
It give huge boosts to body, agility and strength and +3 IP. Personally I think that is more than enough.
If that doesn't make you happy then just up its bonuses some more and rule that users dies after a few minutes when their hearts explodes.
