adding PPS to FFBA means eliminating this advantage
with two different Dances that don't mix

to make armor less cumbersome (reduced encumbrance penalties). Military armor has mobility upgrades for the same purpose.
BTW, do you know what you can put into a helmet according to the capacity rules? A machine pistol. Or as I refer to it, A Killer Mullet.

No, adding PPP doesn't eliminate the advantage, it merely does not stack with the advantage. the FFBA is halved, then applied to total armor along with all the unhalved armor.
