I've said it before, but vehicles not taking stun is a separate rule.

Vehicle don't take Stun. They ALSO are not affected by any base+net hit DV lower than their armor.

Assuming the two rules are linked is not an unreasonable extrapolation, but it's not what the text says.

Just remember to use them sparingly - those things aren't cheap, or easy to come by!
