Got it from a boss in the Dawn series. As I said above the GM couldn't find anything beyond it being a straight up force 6 Sustaining ring.
Yeah, whoever wrote the NPCs for the Dawn series apparently did not realize Sustaining foci need to be of a specific type.
Given that particular NPC's most likely spell listed that might be placed in a sustaining focus is Increase Reflexes, that would mean it's probably a Health type and can only accept a single Health spell, up to Force 6.
Which is kinda a waste, as pretty much the highest you really NEED is a Force 4 sustaining focus. Those extra two points just mean it's more expensive to karma-bond without any real extra benefit.
