Hey, that sounds like a plot hook to get the players moving.

Distraction 'Runs are one of the options for Shadowruns.  Hit one site, get it on high alert, get the security from other sites mobilizing there NOW NOW NOW...  And hit the other, previously more secured site with another team just waiting for all those wonderful drones and troops to leave.

Might have to hit multiple sites and get the forces chasing the teams that did hit them for a whole lot of jack squat.  "We chased off the 'Runners, Sir, but they've got intel on our security systems now.  We need to geek them or change security."  "Bah, we need practice in the field anyhow, and I'm not memorizing another dozen security passwords!  Let's get the bastards and show them why you don't slot with our Corp Security!"

Personally, I say that it's easy enough for their hacker/technomancer to create a text/voip/vtt connection over commlinks for a basic tacnet.  anything more advanced and they need to either buy or build one.

If you have the WAR! pdf, they have both programs you're looking for:

Software Availability Cost Source
Tacsoft (Rating 1-4)Rating x 5Rating x 3,000¥Unwired, p. 127
Tactical Satellite Mapping Software (Rating 4)10R4,000¥WAR!, p. 162

The former will give you the ability for 3 or more people's senses to start adding useful information to your awareness, giving you extra dice for whatever the GM judges as being appropriate; the latter ... well, they say it best:

"This software creates a map in real-time based on information from a tactical network.  Additionally, if run on a device that networked with and receiving data from a device performing aerial reconnaissance or an orbital observation platform of some kind, either of which is tracking the area in which the user is operating, it counts as a sensor channel for the tactical network."

Which means you get more information and can kick ass.  Note that the latter doesn't work if its rating is reduced in some manner.
