Again, really nice.  As much as I'd love to see the complete "decks", to be honest, I think that you've got a very marketable idea here...I would send a note off to Jason.

Good idea, set him on his way. Let's see what he thinks about it :P

Anyways, in the meantime I will continue working on these cards, maybe crank out a few more. When I actually get some results I will post here again.

I use a card system for Luck in my Mekton Zeta game, set in the Robotech Universe. It's an alternate rule that I got from one of the fan community sites, but I'm having trouble tracking it down now. Some of the cards include "Sub-plot" cards, little complications that will grant the play a reward for choosing to include it, that basically give the GM permission to include certain sub-plots that might otherwise annoy or even alienate the player. Like, a case of mistaken identity, or a romantic angle. Or even some sort of "Nemesis" being involved.

I've honest just spent half an hour trying to track it down, but my google-fu has weakened it seems. If I do find it, I'll post a link.

These cards are a great idea. If someone made a deck of "event" cards for SR, with this kind of cool artwork, I'd definitely buy it.

*Sighs*  I need to go to Cons...  *Pouts*  I want to go...

Cards corresposding to the main NPCs were used during the Scramble and the tabletop games at Origins and I am guessing were also used at GenCon...but alas I cant confirm that because I *grumble* wasn't there. Each card gave the PCs something. I have a few at home I kept, I'll see if I can dig one out. The artwork on the cards were nice, to say the least.

Bull or Jason would be able to tell more about them.

I really dig the cards! You should look for some of the Old Shadowrun CCG card game for more ideas/artwork.
I would be interesting to have a pile of cards for the bad guys/Corp Locations.

keep up the good work and share a link once you have them all together.

IIRC, one of the artists put the stuff he did up on Deviant Art.

EDIT:  Sorry, just the one card.

Hi Guys,

quick heads-up for those interested: idea still running around in my head, but I was distracted reading about 7 books in the last ~6 days. Thus kinda little work done here. I'm currently in the process of getting absorbed into the Dresdenverse (Dresden Files is awesome!), but will try to deliver a few more cards soonish.

Anyways, thanks for the interest, it's good to see that other people are really interested in this, too.
