Has anyone actually compiled a Master Table/List for things such as Skills, Cyberware, Bioware, Vehicles, Firearms, etc.? I mean a Table/List for each (not necessarily for everything).

A booklet in the Runner's Toolkit has pretty much everything you've asked for.

It doesn't have skills, but that's on the GM Screen that also comes with the Toolkit.  Affordable, too.

They have everything from SR4A, Arsenal, Augmentation, Street Magic, and Unwired

I would reccomend the Runners Toolkit, not just for the Complied Tables book, but also for all the other useful stuff that you'll also get with it.
I picked one up the other day, and so far the whole group has managed to get use out of it. Well worth the money IMO.
