Currently doing it for a game. I actually just kept the wireless the way it is in 2072, added a few bonuses for being hardwired in as opposed to wireless hacking, and I added cyberdecks back in (everyone has a link, serious deckers have cutting edge decks). The 2072 tech level feels right for 2050 to me.

I just set back the tech level in the other areas (cyberware, firearms, vehicles, ect) to 2050. None of my group really played before fourth, so they are having a blast. Ran them through a free formed Queen Euphoria in 4th and I've never seen them happier.

Edit: And thanks for the quick reply. This is one of the few RPG companies where I can even get a reply and its always within a day.
