I just got back from watching it and I must agree. Chow's gotta be a shadowrunner of some kind.
Throughout the whole movie, I was thinking this would be a great idea for an in-between "mission". Something you do while you're waiting for your monthly job. Imagine, one of your associates is getting married and you along with other runners end up in a one up-manship type night out. You get stupid, one of your "buddies" brings laes and it just goes to hell.
