KE-xotes as in Quixote who became a Knight Errant himself...

Okay, maybe not as insulting as the other ideas, but I'd chuckle at the thought.

"Did that Knight Errant Officer just tilt that windmill?"  "Yes.  But he's a troll, so that's not as surprising as one might think."

I actually kind of like that one...except a spin on it... after all the guys who started calling them Quixotes had some kind of education to be familiar with the story... now street level thugs have been using it since.... "Here come the Coyotes.." or just Ki-oats, a shorter version of coyote.  You could even have them taggin all mispelled KEy-oats or KE-yotes

How about Stormtroopers, the anonymous dime-a-dozen grunts that get shot up in every star wars movie?

Bobbies, like the Londonian police officers of days past that were amongst the last police force in the world to resort to firearms?

Canned bacon?  Going back to the "pig" derogative, but since they're all supposed to be knights in armor...

Fried "I Can't Believe It's Not Spam" is a hell of a lot better than Devil Rat On A Stick.

Unless it's from Mr. & Mrs. Ratt's Rat On A Stick stand in Touristville.  They cook 'em up very nicely and have some kind of secret selection of spices they use...  Mmmmmmmmmmmmm, good!
