Just saw this in the Companion. Have they ever done this before? This was one of the best things about Cyberpunk 2020 or Red. It allows for a far greater control of who your character is without sacrificing to much in creating what they can do.

They did it in 5E: Run Faster, but it was more detailed, having starting modules for most nationalities, instead of a generic start leaving quality and skill decisions up to the player.
