Im looking for some pre-made npcs and or bad guys to print out and save some time. any ideas for sites?

Do you have the core rulebook? There are a whole bunch of them in the back of the book, along with paracritters, critters, contacts, etc. Or you could use the character templates (the archetypes) for bad guys.
