One interpretation is that Skilljack rating is 6, therefore 12 different Activesofts could be running at anyone time. Doubles to 24 with wireless.
To keep simple, lets use the wireless off example.
Does that mean I could buy 12 Rating 6 Activesoft skills at Rating 6 each and have them all running at same time?
