When the authors wanted a roll to be a test, they use that term. Analytical Mind applies to "logic based tests" not logic based rolls.
"Test" is also not good as "Drain Resistance Test" is an actual Thing (SR6 p. 155 and SR6 p. 167). We already had this discussion when it came to the Indomitable positive quality.

"Skill Test", as Banshee suggested above, would be the more correct way forward (that is how I will treat it anyway).

Also of note, while changing the wording clears up the intended use it is also way too cheap since as noted it is still an absolute must have at that value for any matrix specialist. I would also suggest a houserule adjto the cost ... at least 10, maybe even 15 karma.

Yeah, maybe try 30 karma since logic-based skills are the go-to for all deckers, technomancers, jumped-in riggers fighting, and anyone doing repairs to anything . . .

Yeah I'm nerfing it to Knowledge tests myself. Seems to fit the fluff more.

Wait, what's a knowledge test? Last I read, knowledge was a "you have it or you don't" thing now in 6e.
