I'm getting ready to run a Food Fight based first adventure. I'd like to open with the players browsing in the StufferShack to help set the tone for the setting. Plan is to have them pick out what their character wants and head to the register before kicking off the encounter. Having a list of example brand names would be helpful for this.
The list of stuff that cheap food sources is made out of that I can think of:
Soy
yeast
mycoprotien
Krill
Seaweed
Corn
Street Meats (rat, cat, dog, pidgeon, possum, etc: profit center for corp with the animal control contract)
Names I have so far:
Soykaff
TruFish
MeatyMeat (deposit for the recyclable plastic "bone")
Krillritos
Big John's Soysage
CornCorn Dogs (corn based hot dog in corn meal)
Teriyaki Mycoprotein ChewStrips
Krill Kracklins
Good Boy! (Hot Dog, literally)
Street Salamarai (Catana, Ratonin, and Barkufu flavors)
Venetian Merchant (pound of human flesh turned to jerky. Seattle city council ordiance mandates that food outlets carry human flesh because ghoul attacks are purely because of bigoted ghoul "food deserts" and normalization of ghouls will help end baseless bigoted slurs like "feral ghoul". Entire problem completely solved with one city council decree!)
Sea Sprite (Seaweed flavored soda)
AzteCola
