So I’ve seen other people mention on these forums that if you bought the hardcover at Gen Con you got a code for the PDF. I was one of the first in line to buy the hardcover, but I never got any code? Is there some way I can get this? I know the PDF isn’t out yet but would like it when it is.

Who would I talk to about this?

I spoke to a customer service rep from Catalyst around a week ago about this same issue.  I was told we will have to wait till the PDF is released to the public before we can get our free GenCon purchase PDF.  You will add it to your cart on the Catalyst site like you are buying it and then use your code.

I didn’t get a code. That’s my issue. I reached out to their customer service a week ago and haven’t heard back yet.

Same here. The group of us got several books and no codes.  None of us have been answered either.

It took me a couple of weeks to get things straightened out to get the PDF for the items I purchased at Origins (the Beginner Box, Neo-Anarchist Streetpedia, No Future) and the way I eventually got it taken care of is to instant message them through their Facebook page.  The PM there will get you through to a customer service person.

Hi!  Rumor came around on reddit that the pdf was due on 8/26.  Someone also mentioned getting information on the Facebook page for Catalyst.  I went and posted and then was told to PM the page.  Instead of sending me a code, they sent me the pdf itself.  It probably won’t be updated in the future, so you might want to try for codes anyway, but I now have a pdf.
It’s the same as the book as far as I can tell.
Edit- I was wrong. It  definitely has some of the errata changes and some punctuation and grammar.

Yeah, I sent them a message from the page, and Jason sent me a copy of the pdf. He said if they update it again later to let him know and he’ll get me the updated copy.

I went through it, and it had some of the errata, including the tables, but was still missing a few things. I let him know so hopefully they fix those before tomorrow.

the PDF seems to be on DriveThruRPG now.  Is that how those of us who received the index card code with our purchase at GenCon should get the PDF?
