So I'm trying to find "bone charms" which I swear were a thing for Blood Magic, but I can't seem to find the book it was in.  It was a ritual or something that allowed a Blood Mage to create a form of focus or reagent using a sacrifice's lifeforce to empower their spells.  Any help here would be very much appreciated.

Sounds like the blood charms from the 4E Digital Grimoire e-book.

Pretty sure that's not it.  It was some kind of reusable reagent I think?  Either way it required someone to get sacrificed and their essence was condensed down into a single bone as part of the ritual.

Don't know anything about bones, but there is the Athame foci in Street Grimoire you might want to look at.

Cathay Player's Guide has Gar Bone Charms (p 137); which are a form of Blood Charm

Bone Reagents were mentioned in the information that Namikaze quoted as being from the writer Giabraltar. These were things that apparently got cut from including in Street Grimoire.

You can find the information HERE
