I've converted or created 11 characters now. No need for a generator but there is a post for a simple one on this forum.

It would be neat if they just added a conversion option to the regular shadowrun character creator.   Yeah it's easy to do by scratch, but it's even easier to just hit a button and then print.

I asked the question over on the HL forums and Mathias confirmed that an Anarchy data set would effectively be an entire new game system...not just a tweak to the existing data set. They are going to gauge interest/demand before making any decisions.
