As for needing you, yes.  There is a patrol vehicle approaching us.  Four people inside it.  Two in the cab and two in the back, like a pickup truck I guess.  Simone is waiting for them to come closer so she can wade into them, but would not mind if your massive spirit was able to do something to them as they head in.  The sniper might also get a shot in.  Simone is sort of limited as her gun is a shotgun.

Okay, we are in combat, the first phase was Kynos and Ayato taking out the roomba drones, and the guards opening fire. I assume that Ayato warns kynos of the threat so nobody is surprised.

I am also unclear of whether or not the guards resisted the invisibility spell of Kynos - but I rolled resistance 4 or more hits the spell holds and Kynos is invisible.

Initiative order:

Ayato: 27 - fire at roomba.
Guard 1:  28: fire at ayato (9 hits --> may be reduced due to accuracy of AK-97 with smartlink). Initiative: 10+5d6 28
Guard 2: 22 Fire at Ayato 2 hits.
Kynos: 21
Guard 3: 19  Fire at Ayato 1 hit.
 Initiative: 2#6+4d6 22 19

We'll resolve the attacks and begin the combat from initiative 2, I am assumign that Ayato and Kynos took down all 3 roomba's in initiative 1.

Phase 2:

Guard 1: 18
Ayato: 17 - (providing he is not wounded)
Guard 2: 12
Kynos: 11 - fire HE grenade. 3 hits
Guard 3: 9

Mulcarn, that is harsh I hope you find your place soon. We'll be waiting for a while.

16P at the center, every meter -2, so at 8 meters there is no blast left - unless of course the walls are sturdy enough to reflect the blast. In that case it gets complicated and likely a bit messy...

Well they are, some of them are at least.  this is an underground bunker so external walls won't break.  I'll try to figure out what a grenade will do in there when I am home near books. Take into account that it is possible that the two of you will take some damage as well.

Defense tests.  I don't know how many successes Mulcarn got on the combat sense so I just rolled plus 4.  Even removing the last 4 on both rolls he easily dodges though

Ayato doesn't have assensing but he's not trying to assense anyone so I rolled him an intuition -1 Assensing?: 3d6t5 0  That's a critical glitch.

He'll shoot guard one with an aim and 6 round burst.  shooting the guard: 11d6t5 3 10P +net hits AP-7

Based on your sketch, I get the following calculation:

The whole corridor is 30m long as your prior statement. The drones began to attack when we were about 10m in, Kynos went to stealth further and the guard began to fire. Since one guard had a definite Ini advantage, I assume that Kynos didn't get more than 5m, so about half way down the corridor.

Targeting the far wall, that means, Kynos faces the blast into his direction as well as the door of the operations room (assuming a bunker door with armor greater 18 so it isn't affected by the blast).
That means there is a wave of 16+16=32 DV coming at Kynos, losing 2 DV per meter. At 15m that leaves 2 DV.
(The explosion vectors to the sides are irrelevant since those are reflected at 180° back and forth)
Soak Explosion: 29d6t5 7
Kynos could be up to 18m in without suffering damage.

Now for the guys behind the barricade (I assume the barricade did not in fact slow down the explosion in Kynos direction otherwise it would be even less damage in his direction)
I realize your sketch is likely not to scale, but the proportions indicate a 1 to 5 ratio from wide to length, leaving the corridor at about 6 m wide.

Now it's getting interesting: 16 DV travelling 3m to each side will lose 6 DV and reflect with 10DV reaching the center with 4 DV and dissipating before it reaches the other side. But there are two walls and the ceiling (I'll leave the floor out since that should be included in the base damage) which I assume is 3m high for conveniens so the center gets 16+4+4+4+16 from the door behind, creating a pressure point of 44 DV.
Whatever was there, now it's a fine paste.

30m from the elevator is good and you are attacked roughly in the middle, let's go with your calculation. The problem is the grenades on the roombas that are likely to also go off by such a strong explosion. No mechanics for that though, lets assume that two of the drones are not effected, atleast not initially. The farthest drone grenade will trigger however. Causing another explosion closer to home (on your side of the barricade).

What will happen if it another fragmentation grenade explodes about 5 meters from Kynos?

The mechanics for additional grenades: when two grenades detonate at the same time, you add to the first one half the DV of the second, and improve the AP by 1 (same thing if you have more than 2)

@Irris - Ayato also needs a defense test against a shot with 7 successes, did you miss that? (I only see 2 defense tests). 
(Damage is 10P + net hits -2AP).

A critical glitch means that Ayato does not recognize the illusion spell, instead he thinks that there might be a powerful spirit in the room.
(You need to assense a spells signature to identify that there is an illusion spell effecting you).
