With all this talk about our future after this run (in the sidethread), I suddenly started worrying. Will that mean that after this run we can't keep going on?

That depends entirely on you and if you are able to get away without getting recognized.

Personally, I haven't planned any follow up runs. I have the feeling that there is a certain fatigue with the players vs. such a long and complicated run.
If I should keep on GMing, it will probably only be rather short and straight forward stories where it's easier to keep attention.

Or you know, one of you could try their hand on GMing for this group.

How do you want to do this sparring? Full combat (initiatives, attack, defense, damage, soak) or something a bit quicker?

I was thinking we could keep it simple and narrative until our GM tells us otherwise just using our base stats as a guide.  From what I've seen, we're pretty matched on agility (alarmingly good), slobber tooth leads in initiative by a bit, which krestov then makes up with with superior unarmed skill and counterstriking.  Sounds legit?

Krestov also does far more damage and can soak more, but doesn't have the defense dice Slobber has (Slob's 17 vs Special K's 11, both before dodge/full defense).

Either way, I'm not willing to give up on bnc. So if the others are in, I would want to carry on.
I'm still full of enthusiasm about that run. Though I have to admit that I lose track sometimes, I'm still totally with you. My intel file is now 8 pages long, and up-to-date. Still, a more straight-forward follow-up to regain breath might be worth considering.

About GMing: After I messed up with Kathmandu, I'm not sure how to feel about following in your footsteps. Your shoes are definitely larger than mine. If you want to play, however, and no one else feels inclined to GM, I might give it a second try. IC, bnc would come along as a NPC, however, as she's still part of the group (and I don't want to write a single post without my darling ).

Don't sell yourself short, it was an ambitioned project with an unusual setting. Quite a lot sessions just go under because RL is a bitch.
Afterwards I noticed that I wasn't really happy with Cinder as a character and not really confident enough to fully play the exotic setting.
Chalk it up as a learning experience and move on

RL sure did its part to kill Kathmandu, but I also caught myself being badly prepared a couple of times. But if you'd like to play a character and no one else opts for GM, I can definitely try and give it a second chance.
