Found it

Most of the rolls are already covered, but I will add a couple. Roll a sleaze test to sneak about unnoticed by the regular programs, an edit test to successfully copy the memo correctly (take an additional 2 dice since you have real copies to go off of), next a matrix search roll for the key card usage (or if you are asking the system to search for you, then make it a spoof command test), and finally a final sleaze test to gain access to the camera system. If you succeed on the camera one, I'm not going to make you roll to see what they look at, or be able to copy a quick shot of what they see, since that's not really invasive in any way. Otherwise, nice description of all the actions, good job with describing the way the matrix and the hospital server specifically looks!
Pixels Deck is configured to Attack 3 Sleaze 6 Data Proc. 5 and Firewall 5
She is currently using Agent, Stealth and Edit on her deck while she pokes around. Her direct actions I will do in a next post just so peeps can have the chance to make any last minute requests or changes IC in response to her statement
OK, let's see. First up would be a Running Silent test (page 235 of SR5 core) which is Logic + Sleaze; in Pixels case this is augmented by the Stealth program, and her deck is running the above configuration. So that's Logic 5 (6) + Sleaze 6 (7). Since Running Silent isn't an action it doesn't have a limit, nor does she gain the +2 bonus dice for being in Hot-Sim VR or the -2 penalty for Running Silent. For all other actions I'll just exclude these as they cancel each other out.
Second would be a straight up Edit File test (page 239) which is Computer + Logic [Data Processing] vs Intuition + Firewall, or in this case Host Rating + Firewall. Pixel is running the Edit program, so her roll would be Computer 5 + Logic 5 (6) + Misc 2 [Data Processing 5 + Edit 2].
Third would be a Matrix Search action (page 241) which is Computer + Intuition [Data Processing] vs a threshold set by the GM (technically a success test by RAW, but I often handle it as an extended test personally). For Pixel that'll be Computer 5 + Intuition 5 [Data Processing 5]. She technically can't spoof the system to perform the action for her, as hosts are not valid targets for the Spoof action (page 242); however, if there's a device that can be targeted instead (like, say, a researchers commlink) then this is a different story alltoghether. Also keep in mind that spoof requires having a mark on the owner of the device or agent, not the device or agent itself.
Fourth and finally, a Hack on the Fly action (page 240) which is Hacking + Logic [Sleaze]. In Pixel's case, that's Hacking (HotF) 6 (+2) + Logic 5 (6) [Sleaze 6 (7)].
Also note that only the forth test could result in setting off alarms; the first is a defense test, two and three are Data Processing, while the fourth is Sleaze. A failed Sleaze action results in the host gaining a mark on the decker as per page 236, and is immediately aware that illegal actions are being taken. So, Pixel would probably spend Edge on a failed Sleaze test, but that's obviously up to Pixelated.
All right, rolls!

Edit File:
14d6t5 4Messed up the descriptions; 3 and 4 should be Matrix Search and Hack on the Fly, respectively... Two damned solid rolls on 10 dice there, and no glitches.
